Precautions for Inspection (ICD-ETSE)
When an inspection detects a unit abnormality and the unit is replaced, observe the following precautions:
- Perform unit replacement with the power turned off.
- After replacement, confirm that the new unit operates normally.
- When returning a faulty unit for repair, describe the abnormal symptoms in as much detail as possible and attach the description to the unit.
- Back up position data, parameters and PLC etc. in advance in case of emergency.
