Instruction Manual ME0495-1A

Action to Be Taken upon Occurrence of Problem (ICD-WLBT)

When a problem occurs, check the following points first.
  1. Check the LED lamps
Check the status of the status LED indicators below.
  • System Status LED Display
  • Bluetooth 0 Status LED Display
  • Bluetooth 1 Status LED Display
  • WLAN Status LED Display
  • Ethernet Connector Status LED Display
  1. Check the control power supply voltage
Confirm that no Instantaneous power failure, voltage drop, or power supply error has occurred.
  2. Check the alarm that has occurred
Connect a USB Type-C cable and use the wireless device parameter setup tool to check the alarm information.

For details on corrective actions, refer to the Fault Diagnosis (ICD-WLBT).
  1. Check the connectors for disconnection or connection error
  2. Check the cables for connection error, disconnection or snagging
Cut off the main power supply of the equipment (to avoid electric shock) and remove the cables around the measurement point (to avoid conductivity through the surrounding circuit) before checking the conductivity.
  3. Check the noise elimination measures
  4. Check the events leading to the occurrence of the problem, as well as the operating conditions at the time of occurrence

Notice

  • When proceeding with troubleshooting, exclude normally functioning parts from the targets to narrow down the causes.
  • First, check 1. to 7. so that countermeasures can be taken swiftly.
